MY STORY
I am a humanitarian and portrait photographer based in the DFW area. I grew up in East Texas so I love driving down country roads, spending Saturdays at the lake, and finding a good field for a photoshoot. However, you can also catch my city side in the mood to get drinks with my friends or edit photos at my regular coffee shop. I was blessed to be raised in a family that prioritized traveling and experiencing other cultures, which is where my love for the beauty of humanity is rooted. Photography started out as a hobby for me in middle school and quickly became a passion when I realized I could use it to relate to people all over the world. I feel most myself behind a camera!
Photographing people is my favorite, especially if I am across the world capturing another culture. There’s nothing like seeing the range of human emotion through a lens and making a moment stand still. For me, photography is about story. Behind every photo is someone with a God-designed life, full of stories waiting to be listened to. I love to be the one who listens while sharing their face and a bit of their story with others.
I wholeheartedly enjoy working with everyone, from families and couples to nonprofit and international organizations! I believe my job is to help bring the creative visions of others to life and I wouldn’t want to spend my time doing anything else. The reward of being a photographer is just seeing the joy that a good photo sparks in one of my clients, whoever they might be.
Now let’s go take some photos!!
